History was made at the Ferrell Center this morning when Baylor’s Brittney Griner became the NCAA’s all-time blocks leader in both the women’s and men’s game.
Griner’s eight blocks in the game today put her two ahead of Louella Tomlinson and give her a total of 665 blocks.
Baylor’s star player almost broke another record in the game, coming only two points short of setting the Big 12 scoring record.
